Class

Today in class we changed our seats which I mean is ok. I don't really like it because I really liked my seat I could see better and I was closer to the front so I could pay more attention. The worksheet that we did in class was a little difficult and I had a hard time finding all of the answers. The class over all is fun and I feel as if it will continue to be a good class and I will hopefully continue to enjoy it. Also its a completely different type of class compare to the Human Geography. I liked the human Geo class better because it related to real world and current events and I like things like that and learning  more about modern culture.

Book notes

Main idea Using mathematical knowledge and engineering skills Egyptians built magnificent monuments Why is matters now Many of the monuments built by the Egyptians stand as a testament to their ancient civilization Terms and names Delta Narmer pharaoh theocracy pyramid mummification hieroglyphics papyrus Today also in class we got our papers handed back that we did over the snow break and I did very well on it was very easy and also we had to finish the other part of the worksheet about Hammurabi's code and what it said compared to what we said.

Hammurabi's code

Today in class we talked about some of his laws. It was vey interesting to hear and listen to everyone's different point of views. It was also kind of fun I really enjoy doing things like that and just seeing how everyone thinks about the different things. For example one of my class mates liked the idea of cutting peoples left hand off as a punishment. Once again that was in my opinion very fascinating  to hear his explanation of it was not like he said because he though it was funny but he had a logical explanation. Some people had things like jail for 6 years and two years but really how do we determine how long for jail by the crime I mean I guess on how bad it is but once again that is my opinion .

TEST DAY

Todays class was very easy we had a test. The five minutes you gave us to study was pretty nice all though not needed. The test itself was very easy number one knowing what was on the test and not only that but we had already seen the questions on the quiz but some of the questions where new but we also had all weekend to study so it was no problem and I probably got and A. I'm very confident in this test I usually do not do bad on test and quiz because I put in hard work and effort to study.
