POWER AND AUTHORITY- In the Greek city-state of Athens a new form of government developed- Democracy in which citizens exercised power.
CULTURAL INTERACTION- Alexander the Great spread Greek culture through much of Asia. Greek, Egyptian, and Asian cultures then blended to create Hellenistic
EMPIRE ULDING- Athens assumed control of a defense league and eventually built into an empire. Later Alexander conquered the Persian Empire and beyond to create a vast new empire of his own
MAIN IDEA- Cultural Interaction- The roots of Greek culture are based on interaction of the Mycenaean,Minoan and Dorian cultures
Today in class was also the test which I found very easy except the las question bc we had talked about all of them and they all look the same anyway tp conclude I got one wrong on the test which sucks because I usually get a 100%.
